Voltas All weather domination in IPL season 5 – Brand Equity –Economic Times

The Voltas All weather commercial dominated the IPL 5 in terms of television commercial space. It has been ranked 5th amongst the top 10 brands featured in IPL 5 by a study done by Brand Equity- Economic Times.

The clutter breaking concept of “Voltas All Weather” had to be introduced with a concerted push involving a multi-media advertising (mainly TV, Print, OOH, Digital & Radio), point-of-sale merchandising, convenient financing, and extensive market activation.

IPL being a nation wide phenomenon worked as a suitable platform to draw in not just the upper middle-class Murthys, but also the untapped mass of the population, especially in tier II and III towns.
